It’s not a secret or propaganda that people are dying on the streets of so many countries because of coronavirus. Moreover, it’s been almost four months, yet no antidote has been invented for this virus. WHO is calling this new coronavirus as a global pandemic. Soon or later you might hear the news that someone is affected in your neighbor or dying because of this virus. So, we should not panic rather than we should take precautions to reduce the damage.
The first step of the safeguard against coronavirus would be washing our hands. We must clean our fingers frequently. Washing our hands often with cleaning soap and water for at the least 20 seconds especially after we’ve got been in a public place, or after blowing our nostrils, coughing, or sneezing. We need to avoid touching our eyes, nostril, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Secondly, we need to put distance between ourselves and other human beings if COVID-19 is spreading in our community. Moreover, we need to stay home in case we are sick, except to get medical care. We need to cover our mouth and nostril with a tissue while we cough or sneeze or use the internal of our elbow. Then again, we need to throw used tissues in the trash.
Thirdly, it is very important for us if we’re sick, we must put on a facemask when we are around other human beings. If we’re not sick, we do now not want to wear a facemask unless we’re caring for a person who is sick.
Finally, we need to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, and sinks. If surfaces are dirty, we need to clean them, using detergent or cleaning soap and water before disinfection.
